1. Service Commitment

At Chaseing Mills, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, customized writing and editing services that meet our clients' specific requirements. We encourage open communication throughout the project to ensure alignment with your expectations.

2. Revision Policy

If the delivered work does not fully meet the agreed-upon specifications, clients are entitled to request revisions. Revision requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the final draft. Revisions should be in line with the original project scope; requests for significant changes or new content may incur additional charges.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services without a valid reason, a full refund may be issued.

  • Substandard Quality: If the final deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon quality standards and revision attempts have not resolved the issues, a partial refund may be considered.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the final deliverable. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their project prior to the commencement of work without any penalty. Cancellations made after work has begun will be subject to charges for any completed portions of the project.
